# ZyroPilot Partner & Affiliate Program Rules & Operating Policy

This document defines the binding operational parameters, tracking logic, attribution models, compliance obligations, and settlement SLAs governing the ZyroPilot Partner Ecosystem.

## 1. Attribution Architecture & Cookie Lifetime

ZyroPilot implements an institutional-grade, multi-touch tracking engine designed to protect affiliate marketing investments:

* **Cookie Duration**: 90-day tracking window from initial click on any valid partner link.
* **Attribution Logic**: First-touch cookie with persistent session re-attribution. When a prospect registers, their account is permanently bound in the PostgreSQL database to the partner's unique `partnerId`.
* **Lifetime Binding**: Once a user registers under a partner link, attribution is permanent for the lifetime of that trader's account. Subsequent visits from different devices or IPs will not sever the attribution link.
* **Sub-Affiliate (Tier-2) Attribution**: Platinum partners who introduce second-tier affiliates earn an automated 10% override on sub-affiliate commissions without deducting from the sub-affiliate's earnings.

## 2. Tracking Link & SubID Specification

Affiliates may construct dynamic tracking links with up to 5 sub-tracking parameters for granular media buy attribution and CRM postbacks:

### Supported S2S Postback Parameters
Partners can configure real-time Server-to-Server (S2S) HTTP webhooks in the Partner Portal for the following conversion events:
* `registration`: Fired when a referred user successfully signs up and confirms their account.
* `kyc_verified`: Fired when user passes Level 1 or Level 2 KYC.
* `deposit`: Fired when user completes their first crypto deposit (FTD) or reload.
* `challenge_purchase`: Fired when a trader enrolls in a funded trading evaluation account ($10k-$100k).
* `trade_executed`: Fired upon order execution for volume-based turnover tracking.

### Settlement Parameters
* **Settlement Currencies**: Tether (USDT on TRC20, BEP20, Arbitrum, ERC20), Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC).
* **Minimum Withdrawal**: $20.00 equivalent in crypto.
* **Transaction Fee**: 0% platform fee on all partner withdrawals.
* **No Negative Carryover**: Negative trader revenue in one calendar month NEVER carries over to diminish the next month's earnings.

## 4. Compliance, Anti-Fraud & Prohibited Practices

To protect the integrity of the ZyroPilot brand and institutional partners, strict adherence to these rules is required:

### Prohibited Conduct
1. **Self-Referral**: Partners are strictly prohibited from creating fake secondary accounts under their own referral link to trade and harvest commissions. Detected self-referrals result in immediate commission forfeiture and account review.
2. **Brand Bidding (Search Ads)**: Bidding on exact ZyroPilot trademarks (e.g. "ZyroPilot", "ZyroPilot login", "ZyroPilot trading") on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or Yandex without written clearance is forbidden. Broad match targeting and generic prop firm / binary keywords are fully permitted.
3. **Misleading Marketing**: Promising "guaranteed profits", using fake screenshots, or misrepresenting funded evaluations as guaranteed employment is prohibited.
4. **Spam & Unsolicited Messaging**: Mass unsolicited emailing, spamming social media groups, or automated bot harassment is strictly barred.

### Sanctions
Any violation of section 4 triggers immediate account suspension, review by the ZyroPilot Partner Compliance Desk, and potential permanent de-platforming.
